Reiki/ energy healing

Reiki is the universal energy that flows around us and through our body. As a therapist I receive this energy to pass it through to the person who needs to heal emotional and / or physical problems. It helps you balance your internal energy and feel balanced. When received by the patient, it accelerates its healing process, notably improving its health.

Yoga

Yoga is a lifestyle in which we learn to let go of the ego and live from our hearts. The main thing is to have self-love and from that love to share with all living beings. Practicing yoga postures helps us release negative emotions and makes us more flexible in the body and mind.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is also called Thai boxing which is a martial art that has its origins in Thailand. This martial art consists of punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and the clinch. It is an excellent way to get rid of stress, anger, aggression, sadness and excess energy.

Functional Training

With functional training you can work with your own bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, skipping ropes etc. It’s a way to be active, work on your cardio, your strength, speed and physical condition in general. It’s fun and very diverse, every training is different.

Mental Health

In these sessions we’ll be working on achieving your goals by giving you the right tools so you can finally do this yourself. We’ll be working on your emotional situations, looking at your background, at your past and you’ll learn to let go of negative emotions. Above all we work on a positive mindset, helping you to become a better version of yourself while feeling proud of yourself and completely confident of your capabilities.

Nutrition advice

I’ve been a vegetarian for 13 years and vegan since one and a half year. I’ve suffered from irritable bowel syndrom for 10 years and the doctors used to say that there is no cure and I had to learn to live with it. That inspired me to do my own investigation and I came on nutrition as a first. Changing my diet and receiving energy healing cured my IBS and I now live pain-free. I’ve learned a lot about plant based nutrition and I believe it’s a sustainable and most healthy diet.

I will help you change your eating habits and follow a healthy and structurized diet.
